I’ve committed to Fri-yay being my work like a dog day. I don’t really mind because it gives me that extra time to get things done when I’m juggling real life with achieving goals for a future dream. I’ve come to realize my family is worn out in Fridays, it’s when people wanna just chill and do things they couldn’t all week. So, this makes for a good opportunity to run errands, have a little me time and then work late into the night!

What is a time you designate to do just YOU time?

This is my new thing! Not that I haven’t always done some form of Sunday prepping! But this is much more specific than previous years! I got this tall stacking prep set at Marshals and it kinda changed my world! Now, I have ample space to prep for@my week and easily contain larger food items easily!!

I also got a salad spinner which I so desperately needed and this egg cooker! Whoa, game changer! I easily can cook eggs and leave the room and it will alert me when they are done with this cute little alarm!

I like to prep as much as I can for the week so there is little effort for dinner roundup. Today, I boiled eggs for lunch salads and breakfast. I made potato soup for dinner and heirloom tomato and buffalo mozzarella. salad. It was delish!

I washed a spun all my lettuce for easy to grab lunches, taco toppings, etc. I cooked off my taco meet and shredded cabbage for taco Tuesday. I cut up zucchini and carrots to sauté later this week for a chicken dinner.

I like to have pre washed raspberries and cucumbers for my daughter to snack on.

And, I have to prep five outfits that I love with undershirts and bras picked out ahead of time! I love to just grab them in the am with no thought needed! This gives me extra time drinking my coffee in bed for an hour before I start the day!

There you have it! I hope you got inspired with ideas and motivated to prep for your week to lighten your load and help@make it more joyful!

Have a great week, friends!!

💋, Christina Raye

This was the COOLEST THING WE DID ALL SUMMER!!! Checkout the Sphere Las Vegas! It was mind blowing! I felt like I was hiding in the bushes watching munchkins dance, the atmosphere was out of this world, I was terrified of the heights of the sphere, the escalators even seemed like they went into the sky but it was worth being immersed in this wild 4D experience with flying leaves and what felt like a real tornado! #thespherelasvegas #lasvegastrip #lasvegas

It’s always bittersweet to feel summer pass by, but exciting to feel the energy of fall. Time to rock and roll
