Playtime is over.

Now it’s time to put the work in and see what you’re really made of. 💪🏽

Rep after rep. 💪🏽

Nothing fancy. Just putting in the work, getting better, and doing it again. 🔁

That’s how progress is made.

No perfect days. Just days you show up.

Put the work in, have some fun with it, and keep moving forward. 💪🏽

The workout was serious… the chemistry was questionable. 😂

These two might be here to train, but apparently the boy band era had other plans. 😂

Good energy.
Good people.
Good work.

That’s enough for today.

Coach Nate here. 👋

Just a reminder...

Getting better isn't about finding the perfect workout. It's about showing up, stacking quality reps, and trusting the process.

Keep working. Your future self will thank you.

Success isn't built on game day.

It's built in the moments nobody notices—the extra rep, the extra sprint, the choice to keep going when it's easier not to.

Win those moments, and the results will follow.

Get after your goals.

In this sequence @neta_northeast_tennis_academy with @nicholasjozef_ and @thisaint.rafa , we aren’t just “hitting” cross-court. We are training the Blueprint in real-time.

When you see a high-level cross-court rally, look closer. Every ball has a purpose. We are working on:

Induced Shot Tolerance: Building the discipline to stay in the “Build” phase.

The Entry & Exit: Respecting the opponent’s deep ball by moving back, and hunting the short ball by moving forward.

Spacing: Using those small adjustment steps to find the perfect distance from the ball.

Body Behind the Ball: Leaning into the strike the moment the opportunity is earned.

The Wide Base: Staying grounded and “ready for anything” between every shot.

The Takeaway: You don’t need a fancy drill to get better. You need an Intentional Mindset during a simple drill. This is how you build a game that doesn’t break under pressure.
