POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Welcoming my 34th trip around the sun with movement, community, and nature. 🌞🌲🤎

Grateful to be part of the @thisisbace Sequoia Highland Camp Retreat, surrounded by beautiful souls, new friendships, and the outdoors.

Life is perfectly imperfect, and I’m learning to embrace it all. The growth, the lessons, the unexpected, and everything in between. Moving through life with gratitude, grace, and an open heart.

Here’s to another year of showing up, growing, and enjoying the journey. One day at a time. 🌿✨

Namaste. 🙏🏾

Thank you for riding with us! ❤️

Our charity cycling class with @thisisbace was a powerful reminder that when we come together, we can turn every pedal into progress for kids with cancer.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, raised funds, and rode alongside us in honor of #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth. And a huge thank you to BACE for helping make this special event possible, and to @thatsit and @pressedjuicery for providing refreshments! 🙌

Your support fuels lifesaving kids’ #cancer research and brings us one step closer to a future where every child with cancer has a better chance at a cure.

Because when kids fight cancer, we fight for kids by cycling. 🚲

A day of movement. A community with purpose. 🌿

We came to move, connect, try something new, and make an impact — and that’s exactly what we did.

From cycling and pickleball to recovery, wellness, and everything in between… VIVE Collective: OC Edition was one for the books. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, partnered, and helped bring this vision to life.

Movement for Movement.

I’m surprisingly sore today after pickleball at the @movewithvive event at @newporterclub yesterday!

They also had a cycling class, a sauna, açaí, coffee, raffles, shopping, and other wellness fun…and it was to support animal welfare organizations

It was hot but a good time! Thanks for the invite @jaygorgeous87

MEET THE WOMEN BEHIND THE RIDE 🚲🔥

Cara + Carli are the founders of @thisisbace — they’re bringing the BACE energy to VIVE Collective: OC Edition.

I’ve personally taken Cara’s class with a friend and can tell you firsthand: the energy is HIGH, the class is so much fun, and Cara is genuinely the sweetest. I left knowing I’d 100% take her class again.

Now you get to experience BACE at VIVE. 💚
