Most people walk into our office and say, “This feels like home.” That’s not a coincidence.

We designed it to reflect the same wellness-forward principles behind every Cardea home:
☑️ Natural light
☑️ Calming materials
☑️ Biophilic elements
☑️ Spaces that support emotional well-being

See what it looks like when your workplace feels as good as your home.

We spend over 90% of our lives indoors, and the spaces we live and work in shape how we feel, think, and function.

That’s why, when we designed our office, we didn’t just create a workspace. We built a space that reflects everything we believe in:
☑️ Thoughtful design
☑️ Exceptional quality
☑️ A deep commitment to well-being

At Cardea, we always start with one question:
"How do you want to feel in this space?"

Our answer? Clarity. Calm. Focus. Vitality.
The same feeling we bring into every home we build.

Step inside the Cardea office, where wellness isn’t a feature, it’s the foundation.

Spring is in the air—and it’s the perfect time to think about what you’re actually breathing in. 🌿

We spend over 90% of our time indoors, which makes indoor air quality one of the most important (and most overlooked) parts of a healthy home. From advanced filtration to air-purifying plants and non-toxic materials, there are simple, impactful ways to refresh your space this season.

In our latest blog, we’re sharing practical, design-forward tips to help you:
🌬️ Improve indoor air quality
🌿 Add greenery with purpose
🧱 Choose healthier materials
💧 Manage humidity
🪟 Bring in fresh air (strategically)
📵 And even explore EMF-conscious design

Because at the end of the day, the air you breathe should support your health—not work against it.

We spend 90% of our time indoors. What if that time could make us feel better, not worse? 🌿

The spaces we live and work in aren’t just backgrounds to our lives—they shape how we think, feel, and heal.

Air. Light. Water. Sound.
Often overlooked, these are the foundations of our health. When they’re designed with care, they support clarity, focus, calm, and connection.

At Cardea, we believe true sustainability starts with the space around you. Because taking care of your surroundings is part of taking care of yourself.

Cardea HQ Office
Designed by Andrea Kantelberg for Evolved Living.

Conceived as a singular interior environment, the space balances sculptural presence with restraint. A bespoke table crafted from repurposed stone anchors the room, operating as both functional centerpiece and architectural gesture.

Material weight, proportion, and atmosphere were treated as compositional tools rather than statements. The result is a workspace that feels intentional, grounded, and unmistakably its own.

• KITCHEN INSPIRATION •

As anyone familiar with Passivhaus would know, North America is generally behind Europe in terms of our sustainability ethos in building and design. Interior designer @andreakantelberg spent a large part of her childhood in the Netherlands, where sustainability was the norm. “It’s always been a part of my lifestyle,” she says. After fifteen years of designing residential interiors for some of Canada’s top developers — she has worked on interior architecture for some 25 condo buildings in Toronto and beyond — Kantelberg began to feel like something was missing from her practice. “I wanted to work on a project built around health and consideration for the occupants and their well-being.” After pitching her idea to the board for a condo she was currently working on and finding that they weren’t keen on her vision, Kantelberg declined the project — and every project from then on. “I just didn’t want to do something that I knew could be done better,” she explains. Armed with this resolution, she founded her own firm, @thisisevolved
