For those that don’t know my story, I grew up as a drummer. My comfort place was in the background, not always because that was my calling at the moment, but sometimes because that’s the only place i felt like my offering was good enough for God. Through the help of great leadership of my brother @thisismannylive and various pastors of mine, I was led to realize that my worship isn’t based on what I view as worthy, it’s based on what God views as worthy and pleasing to him. A heart surrendered, not perfect vocal runs or perfect guitar playing. Now I get the opportunity to lead worship for him every week. Eternally grateful for those moments i was pulled out of my comfort zone and into the Lord’s presence 🙌
