Every once in a while when I throw these things out one hits.

The Rice Gai has had so much support the last 3 years but one of the most consistent supporters in not only business but in life has been @elite_team_monterey .

From the first plate to last plate I know @thisismarx will always been in my corner to provide knowledge, strength and discipline. I normally don’t share too much of my personal life on this page but jiujitsu cleared a path for me 7 years ago and has let me run forward without fear .

Having good team behind you will allow you to overcome obstacles that you never thought possible .

If a healthy life style , community and bettering yourself is something you’ve wanted to do for yourself but have not taken the necessary steps to do so @elite_team_monterey can help with that.

Being comfortable in the uncomfortable is the way to rise not only in business but in life. These past 3 years of @thericegai have been so challenging but knowing the gym is behind me I feel safe and ready to take on the day .

All of my 20s I’ve been dedicated to this martial art. The biggest thing I’ve taken from it was something @thisismarx always talked about, having a constant in your life will shape everything around you. Jiu-jitsu has been that for me.

Walking into @elite_team_monterey gave me something I didn’t expect, a reality check. I was timid and jiu-jitsu gave me an ego, and I mean that in the best way. That translated into everything, life, competition, and who I am. And when @thisismarx pushed me toward @caio_terra_academy I followed the same instinct to keep growing, even if it was uncomfortable.

Yesterday I received my brown belt. Now I get to feel uncomfortable all over again.
