My personal favorite fitness studio in CLT. The workouts are no joke, the community is amazing, and you’ll leave feeling stronger every time. Check their app for new-member specials!

Flow Flower Shop ( @pionflo_clt )

💆‍♀️GIVEAWAY @thisismoodhouse for a 50-Minute Signature Massage + Solo Infared Sauna Session ($150+ value)!! I’ve been going to Mood House since they opened and it’s one of the best investments in CLT I’ve ever made for this high-performer massage membership.

🧘‍♀️RULES:⁣
1️⃣ Follow @merenator & @thisismoodhouse⁣
2️⃣ Tag 3 people who deserve some relaxation ⁣(more comments = more entries)
✅ Bonus entry: share this reel to your story and tag us both!

🧖‍♀️ What makes female-owned Mood House so different than any other place you can get a massage is how you can choose between 4 moods/scents so that your aromatherapy and affirmations align to help you feel EXACTLY how you want to when you leave:

✨CALM✨CLEAR✨ABUNDANT✨AWAKE

💠 Use code MEREMOOD when you go or click the link in my bio to book and get $30 off your first massage!! Let me know how much it changes your life - you’ll thank me later 🥰

📍 Save this for your next reset

Giveaway ends on 10/23 and the winner will be announced on my stories! Per Instagram rules this giveaway is in no way sponsored or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm they are 21 years of age, release Instagram of responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use. Good luck y’all!

Lo in Loso: Episode 32

Thank you @thisismoodhouse for having me in! It was the perfect after work self-care day!

They have two locations in Charlotte & all their memberships allow one beneficiary - so it’s perfect to split as a couple or even a friend!

Chris was out seeing a movie so I got some @doordash from @eatflowerchild for dinner!

3 weeks until our ACOTAR 6: A Court of Splintered Harmony Midnight Release Party at @nodabrewing!

We’re giving a shout out to another one of our amazing sponsors, @thisismoodhouse! 🧖‍♀️ In just 5 years, Mood House has been voted best massage in Charlotte and has expanded to one of the best wellness brands in the city!

(Why do I feel like we’re all going to need some extra self care after the stress that SJM will put us through? 👀)

📍Visit their location at 2400 Park Road, Suite A
Charlotte, NC 28203 OR 4008 Monroe Road, Suite 140
Charlotte, NC 28205

On October 26th, attendees will be able to shop bookish vendors and learn about local businesses, just like Mood House all night long.

We’ll also have trivia, crafts, food, drinks, and more!

Tickets for our midnight release party are SOLD OUT. But you can join our waitlist in our bio!
