Fado translated from portuguese into english means fate. How fitting that I had the beautiful fate to celebrate such a special birthday in Lisbon with my fabulous twin sister @katherineoneill surrounded by incredible friends listening to fado music & enjoying life. Huge thanks to Stevo, Katherine and all of my amazing friends for making the huge effort to mark this big occasion. I love and appreciate you all. 💕 And if you are wondering the dress code for the evening was “old world glamour” #everyonenailedit #nonotes #lisbon #fado #twinning #luckygirl Watch out for a Portugal “tourism” video coming soon. 🇵🇹 💥

Another successful Pink Posse event in the books and we couldn’t have done it without the army of volunteers and donors that came out to support our mission and work! Huge thanks to @thisismyplanet2, @jlondonh23, @dede.hallerman, @cairnslara, and acw226, our dedicated volunteers who came out early on a Saturday morning to assemble essential care kits for our compassion bags destined for area hospitals that support underserved breast cancer patients.

This month’s bags contained items from our generous donors including fleece blankets from @gorillagripusa, organic teas from @serendipitea_usa, clean lotions from @nowfoodsofficial, non-toxic lip balms from @savvyandgracewestport as well as loads of items received from individual contributions and a huge assortment of items collected through donation drives organized by @buildersbeyondborders and @shsslobs. Big thanks to @angelicatorunotv at @news12ct for featuring Pink Posse’s work and mission. So much gratitude for all of the generosity toward this cause and always with compassion until there’s a cure! 💖

To me, this is what LOVE looks like. 💖

I am so beyond grateful for this BEautiful life and these most BEautiful friends who surprised me with the MOST special and meaningful birthday. 🥹🙏❤️

The beauty they created, the words they shared, the circle and dinner they curated, the thoughtful gifts they gave…I am overwhelmed and spilling over with absolute bliss and gratitude. My cup is overflowing. And because of them, I have so much more to give.✨🙏🥹

May all people everywhere feel the love and gratitude in their hearts the way that I do now…✨

This moment in time is etched in my heart for all time. 🤍

February Compassion Bag drop is ready to go!

Pink Aid is the only national nonprofit to provide compassionate support and rapid emergency financial assistance to breast cancer patients in dire need.

At Pink Posse, an arm of Pink Posse, we deliver “bags of compassion” to Connecticut hospitals for immediate distribution to breast cancer patients undergoing treatment, who are struggling with finances, childcare and many dire personal difficulties.

These gift bags contain items that are necessary to support and comfort patients in chemotherapy, including blankets, slippers, and personal care products like body wash, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, lip balms and moisturizers. These women cannot afford to buy these items for themselves.

Pink Posse presently serves about 400 women each year with our Compassionate Gift Bags. Not only do the bags contain useful products, but the emotional support the patients feel when receiving them is immeasurable.

If you feel called to serve, how can you help?

1. Donate to Pink Aid here: https://pinkaid.org
2. Contact me to volunteer your time at an upcoming Pink Posse event.
3. Collect or hold a drive for the items necessary for our bags of compassion.
