A little glimpse into life outside the studio 🤍

Time with my boys, chasing sunsets, baking something sweet, talking all things sunscreen, creating new products, hosting retreats, traveling somewhere new, coffee always, and constantly dreaming up the next thing.

A little bit of movement, a little bit of chaos, a lot of love — and somehow always 100 projects at once.

This is what fills me up in between the classes, the meetings, the launches and everything else

Ibiza dreaming ✨

There’s something about this island — the light, the salt in the air, the slow mornings, the golden evenings, the feeling of being completely present.

Spain has always held a special place in my heart, and it feels even more meaningful knowing that every This Way mineral sunscreen is manufactured here.

From an idea born through years of travel, sun, movement and a love for beautiful places… to creating products that now get to travel the world with you.

Made in Spain. Inspired by the sun. Created to protect the skin while still letting you live fully under it.

Just a little reminder to support the small businesses you love 🤍

Behind every small business is a person who has poured years of ideas, energy, risk, love, mistakes, learning and a lot of late nights into making it exist.

Whether you book a class, join a retreat, buy a sunscreen, leave a review, tell a friend or simply share a post — it matters. More than you know.

I don’t think Amazon loses sleep over the things we do 😂

But we notice every single order, booking and message.

Support small. Support independent. Support people building something they believe in. 🤍

And from me — thank you for supporting @thiswayinsta & @thisway_movement in all the ways it continues to grow. #smallbusinessowner #supportsmallbusiness #femalebusinessowner #shopsmall #femalebusiness

Trying to find the balance between all the different versions of me.

Mom of two, wife, founder of This Way @thiswayinsta , building This Way Movement @thisway_movement , teaching Pilates, hosting retreats, creating, traveling, dreaming up what’s next… and somewhere in between, remembering to make space for myself too.

Some days it all flows. Some days it definitely doesn’t. But I’m learning that balance isn’t about giving everything equal attention all the time. It’s about being present with whatever is in front of me.

A full life, a little chaotic, and one I wouldn’t trade. 🤍 Captured by @pia.onfilm #femalefounder #beautyandchaos #buildyourempire #momlife
