No tracking. No clarity. No accountability. This is what operational chaos actually looks like inside a business.

The scary part is that most business owners don’t even realise it’s happening until things start falling apart.

No centralised place to see what each team is doing.
Deadlines decided in meetings but never tracked anywhere.
A team that can’t move without the CEO or head of department in the room because everything is living in someone’s head and nowhere on paper.

This is more common than you think and it is exactly the kind of chaos that stops a good business from scaling.

This week’s new episode on The Art of Virtual Assisting channel is live and we are getting into all of it.

Now streaming on YouTube, Spotify & Apple Podcasts, click the link in my bio.

WHAT A NIGHT. WHAT A WOMAN. WHAT A MONTH💖💅🏿💃🏿👑✨

The August Edition of Industry Nite SA Women’s Month Special was more than an event. It was a statement 🏆

We pulled up a chair for @moozlie and she showed us why she deserves to be celebrated👸

Award-winning rapper. SAFTA-nominated host. Model. Mogul. Trailblazer. From making history as the first female to win Best Female at the SA Hip Hop Awards, to owning our screens on BET & MTV Base, Moozlie reminded us what happens when talent meets tenacity.

Thank you to every queen, every creative, every woman in media, music, fashion and business who pulled up to celebrate, to share, to network, to cry, to laugh, to inspire.

You proved that when one woman wins, we ALL win.

This is what happens when culture pulls up a chair for culture.

Watch the after-movie. Feel the energy. This is Industry Nite SA See You Again Soon 🔜

The 9-5 income was certain. The future wasn’t. So you made the trade. Now what?

Stepping into freelancing means embracing a level of uncertainty that nobody fully prepares you for.
No guaranteed salary at the end of the month and no certainty that the clients are coming. Just you, your skills and the systems you are building.

And that’s okay. For some it takes time. For others it clicks quickly.
However the trade off is always worth it when you’re building towards something better.

A new episode has dropped on The Art of Virtual Assisting YouTube channel…do check it out. Also streaming on Apple Podcasts & Spotify.
