A few days ago in Chicago, I got to spend time with 43 executive church leaders from around the country for a LeadingSmart Gathering.

The conversations, encouragement, and shared wisdom reminded me why these spaces matter so much. Leaders walked away with new clarity, deeper relationships, and practical tools to bring back to their teams.

That’s why I don’t want you to miss the next opportunity. In 2026, we’re creating space again—this time in Palm Springs and Clearwater Beach—and for the first time ever, we’re hosting a Lead Pastor Gathering.

Executive Pastor Gatherings
• Palm Springs, CA | Jan 28–30, 2026
• Clearwater Beach, FL | Feb 25–27, 2026

NEW Lead Pastor Gathering
• Palm Springs, CA | Feb 2–4, 2026

More information can be found using the link in my bio. I hope to see you there and remember YOU DON’T HAVE TO LEAD ALONE.

Latest update from mom:

GO BLUE!!! 〽️🏈💙💛

What an aMAIZEing day we had Saturday! Spence has been wanting to go to a Michigan game and really wanted to experience The Big House with the kids! Well, some incredible people who love Spence wanted to make that happen. So, I can’t even imagine all the work that went into this, but some very kind people donated their seats so we could take everyone. Not to mention, all the family and friends that came to tailgate with us before the game. It was such a great day. We are sitting here Sunday evening still talking about it. We are overwhelmed with gratitude to everyone that made it possible! ❤️

We are also thankful for the family and friends that have been making time to hang out with us! Getting to catch up, have deep conversations and reminiscing has been so life-giving! You have no idea! We are discussing future plans we can make and look forward to continuing to make more memories. Each and every day (and relationship) is a true gift that we are soaking up!

Spence has his Keytruda infusion tomorrow (Monday). This will be his 3rd treatment. He’ll have his regular weekly appointments as well.

We hope you are enjoying this weather lately ☀️ and able to find the positives going on around you!

Sending our love and prayers to all of you!

God Bless!
❤️ Peggy
