On the journey to ledgestone again, these are a couple highlights from last years first annual holiday sweets open presented by Mariot. In all reality the fun in going to tournaments around the country is the time spent with friends, can’t wait for this year😎 also @thomas.brandl25 still a goober. #discgolf #holidayinn #holidaysweets

Played a c tier in Seward Nebraska this Saturday and played very consistant, I was super shakey the first 9 holes of both rounds but stayed steady and finished solid, the rounds rated a little poor but I was still happy with how I played.
This was such a fun tournament, shoutout @thomas.brandl25 @bdondiscgolf and Zach lueck for a fire first round card, and second round was also very fun. Looking forward to keep on playing more as the summer begins!

First two events of the year are done…

I personally think the scores are a good and bad reflection of where my game currently is. Im not here to make excuses but just to say the facts and how i feel about my game.

I was definitely underprepared for both events as i wasnt able to make it out for any practice rounds prior to each event but looking back now it shouldnt have been any issue for me to score well. Both tracks became very scoreable during the tournament rounds and i failed to give myself enough opportunities to score. We saw glimpses of hope that my game was still intact and that i was just rusty as hell for tournament play 🙃.

Im chalking up both of these events as a warm up for the rest of the year 😅. I know the scores look bad but i felt like i was throwing some really great shots out there but i was also making some silly mistakes that will be fixed overtime with consistent reps on the course. With warmer weather coming up soon im confident i’ll be in the mix a lot more real soon.

Next up King of the Mill 🫡

Currently in the car on the way to ledgestone and had found this video from exactly 1 year ago at last years ledgestone event. This trip I will be going down with the same goober @thomas.brandl25

Unfortunately I plan on not finishing the event (unless I’m winning) to fly home Saturday because my dad is stepping down from being a pastor and this Sunday is his last at the church.
