Casa Hogar Mission Trip 2026 🇲🇽

This mission trip is always some of the most fulfilling days of my life. To be able to travel down to Mexico and be a blessing to these kids feels amazing. Getting this experience of serving in a different country gives whole another perspective. You gain relationships in a way like never before because of the huge language barrier that comes along with it. Seeing these kids and how happy they always are, and how stable of a culture they have really says something. They do not have as much as we do, some rarely get to see their own parents, and some do not even have a family at all. But they have so spirit in them, to fulfill their lives and others around. I cannot wait to go again in future years and strengthen my relationship with God, the church, and Casa Hogar.

Building the Chicken coop, or “gallinero” was definetly a process… After sitting in the heat, and lacking the proper tools we were able to get it mostly completed with the help of both adults and kids.
