Two legends enjoying Nagomi after training.

@morethanaconquerorfitness (Dr Michael) and I have been mates since secondary school. Twenty-five years later we’re working together, and through Michael we’ve been lucky enough to meet his good friend, @thomas_moran23

One thing we’ve noticed...

People choosing Nagomi aren’t looking for the loudest energy drink on the shelf.

We’re coaches, athletes, go to the gym, office workers, mums on a school run : Human.

We all want something that’s honest.

Every ingredient had to earn its place in the can.

That probably says more about Nagomi than anything we could ever write ourselves.

Thanks Michael.

Thanks Thomas.

@mspacemalahide were delighted to give time & expertise to the @belvederecollegesj #bcap access programme fundraising initiative. A year of planning alongside an amazing committee all came to fruition recently at @luttrellstowncastleresort for the inaugural golf day.

What made this event so successful & so special

🐼 the team

🐼 7 corporate sponsors joined us as our “community of sponsors”

🐼 amazing generosity by our prize donors & supporters

🐼 192 players in 48 teams

🐼 students past and present helping & caddying for sponsors.

🐼 the feeling of “men for others” by everyone playing their part. Everyone joining forces. Everyone making a difference.

We set a target of €50,000 and we’re holding off announcing the final figure until the college confirm it. But enough to say that target is well & truly smashed.

It was a joy to be part of the fundraising, sponsorship, branding, marketing, communications & event management aspects of this event.

@mspacemalahide is all about community and helping others and our association with this event underpins our commitment to run a business that does make a difference. Delighted to be associated with such a meaningful cause.

Thank you to everyone that worked with us and the team and gave product/services. You all made a huge difference.

WE HAVE RUN OUT OF WORDS, EXCEPT ONE, NOW

These were the words from @circlerfashion reel which hit my chest and stomach at the same time 💔

I know people feel distraught and helpless 🇵🇸

I understand why, it is incredibly hard to bear witness AND I also feel this is a historical turning point in all of our lives.

We are wired to care for ourselves and others.
It is what makes us human.
We need to care and to turn towards what we can do.

I hope people share below who and what they have found helpful and I want it to inspire you to take small everyday actions that do make a difference.

For me, I’ve found learning about BDS -
Boycott, Divestment & Sanctions helpful in making informed ethical choices from the supermarket to home.
@boycatapp & @nothanks_app helps in the aisles 🛒 & beyond

Groups like @palsforpalestine_ireland @irishpsychologistsforpalestine @irish_hcw_for_palestine @irelandpsc @upliftireland

Amazing humans like @misanharriman @james_unicef
@wizard_bisan1 @tadhghickeycml @liamcunningham1 @caoimhebutterly @sileseoige @mynameisjennifer & so many more tag more below

Keep all visibility on the @globalsumudflotilla 🇵🇸⛴️🌊

Share this post and recreate your own to help people make practical everyday changes.

There are so many more, I don’t want to overwhelm so share below what you have found most helpful and let’s all work collectively because that is what we do well when we do it together 🌎❤️

It is funny when you look back month by month and see how much has happened.

It has been a whopper year with a lot of hard work & mental elbow grease. 🧠❤️🌿

I am so grateful for my family & friends.
For the highs and the lows.
For connection and laughter.

I have become a fully fledged glimmer seeker and I’m so glad you guys have joined in. ✨✨✨✨✨

We needed the light in what feels like endless dark and my wish for 2025 is for the horror to end. 🌎🕊️

Regulation isn’t just about you it is how we think and treat others.

Intergenerational wealth is passing down the capacity to be curious rather than furious.

Thank you so much for your amazing support with the book it is consistently being sold and your messages mean the world to me.

I wish everyone peace, self-compassion & let’s keep being lighthousers as your presence and words impact your and others lives.

Here’s to a quarter of a century.
Let’s be having ya @2025

I have so much fun plans for you all next year.

Lots of glimmering love,

Allison

What do you do when no one’s in the elevator?
You dance 💃🏼🕺

Our kids have us doing this in every lift forever.

Family traditions 🪩🕺💃🏼 and this trip created so many new experiences. ❤️

A few asked where we went so here ya go:

✈️ to Palermo

Cannot recommend enough
Incredible place
Stayed here at the end
Incredible buildings, food, wild driving even wilder paths I went into a 2 foot drop in a path & somehow managed to stay standing 😝

Boarded the ship, really has something for every age

First stop was 🇮🇹Naples - most of the crew went to Pompeii. We stayed as myself and our youngest had a long day in hospital the day before and we were shattered.
The excitement of a water park helped bring lots of energy back.

🇮🇹 Genoa - got a taxi to Portofino (wow still not over the driving, our taxi man looked like Einstein or Doc Brown from ‘Back to the Future’ we just wanted to come back from Portofino 🚕

Still dreaming of the pasta there, defo walk up to the castle to see the views I chased kids instead 🤣

🇫🇷Marseille - didn’t know it’s the second biggest city in France, didn’t know much about it but wow it was amazing
Defo go see the Cathédral La Major, so much in walking distance incredible Musuem & Palais Longchamp looked amazing (didn’t manage to get that one in either)

Barcelona - you’ll need some time & book Gaudi’s works of architectural art:

Sagrada de la Familia 🐌 you’ll see what I mean if you’ve been or go it is the most incredible Cathedral

Casa Batlló
Parc Güell
Casa Mila

La Goulette - Tunisia North Africa
Woke up to Arabic music, a woman belly dancing and camels on the dock 🐪🐪 which was amazing

Incredibly different sights & sounds & another hairy taxi ride 😱😱

Back to Palermo
It’s kinda like fight club on the roads and paths
‘There are no rules’

So be careful

The food, great day and night life, amazing buildings, so incredibly different, a mixture of Byzantine, Arabic & Roman influence stepped in history and bursting with life.

That’s a tiny snapshot

The best bits were being together ❤️❤️

When I look at this I see only my work self. A mere snapshot & one part of me. Behind the smiles there was intense hard graft, early & late starts. Tears as I wrote about the life stories I have had the honour to hear. Excitement to birth a book that means so much to me, one I lived & breathed for 9 months.
What really makes me who I am though is stacked up in my Russian doll of Adults selves.
The most important one of which is where my heart is 🥰🥰🥰feeling genuinely grateful, loved and exhausted 🤣

I’d love to create some major revolutionary ripples in the whole arena of cultivating the good life.
I love applying research and feel very lucky to have a platform to reach people on the vital importance of mental health.
I see too much burnout, exhausted adults trying to do it all. Rather than your health being the one to give, something else has to give.
Maybe, we could give up :
🌟Outdated belief systems & unconscious rules that don’t work for you.
🌟Negative self talk. It’s time to be quiet inner critic. 🌟 Ridiculous, untenable expectations 🌟 Perfectionism
🌟Goodbye to the altar of busyness
Don’t hate me but I do love a New year 🎁
It offers a tabula rasa - an awesome new slate of possibilities. ✨Possibilities to cultivate a new relationship with yourself ✨Possibilities to nudge yourself gently, compassionately towards a kinder, more joyful expression of your life. ✨Possibilities of changing your automatic negative thoughts to see the gap available to choose a new way to respond.
One that actually is helpful to you & for you.
2018 thank you, I say adieu & welcome in a new year. I will earnestly walk this path with you as I re-prioritize & set self-care intentions with myself so I can authentically have time & energy for myself & others.
You can’t keep burning the candle. 🕯

Let’s hold on tight on this roller coaster of life and grow through the inevitable downs and relish & sit with the highs.
I might just step onto the waltzers a bit more and enjoy the view.
I wish you joy, strength, grit, tenacity & buckets of laughter for 2019.
With much love, Allison x
