What an experience for our @gyblv family and our @wnba @lvaces community. Fun facts: We filmed this commercial BEFORE the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA Coach of the Year award process was completed. I don’t think they knew I coached most of these kids in real life when they casted this role initially. When some of the NBA team/staff that were also a part of the COTY process arrived on set, they didn’t realize I had been casted for the commercial either and were just as surprised to see me as I was to have been casted. …and SO much alignment in so many different cities occurred after this configuration of people worked together… starting with All-Star weekend shortly after we filmed. …and the love just keeps flowing. 10/10 for the women behind the scenes of this production that selected every single person involved very intentionally. From wardrobe to hair/makeup… I got to overhear so much positivity flow from the team into the ears and hearts of these girls…. Everyone genuinely wanted to pour into the girls and you really can’t ask for anything more. No ego. Just love and a mission to empower these kids… You could tell that all of this was well thought out beforehand. I’ve been on a lot of sets… with a lot of amazing folks throughout my lifetime, but this 11 ounces team is different. They carry something very special and I hope the girls really hold on to what they received during this experience. #wnba #jrwnba #jrnba #gyblv #ajawilson

As @puma.usa x @pumatraining prepared for @hyroxusa largest North American fitness race in history this Spring in New York City, the brand tapped 11oz to help strengthen its position as the performance leader in HYROX training. In doing so, we delivered a culture-first, community-driven, NYC takeover of Pier 76, that not only stopped traffic, but increased brand awareness, stoked brand affinity and drove product trail and sales. The subway is more than infrastructure—it’s the artery that beats to the city’s pulse, carrying millions of stories through its veins and connecting the energy, grit, and character of every borough. So when PUMA Training tapped us to create a culturally authentic experience for the 50,000 athletes descending on Pier 76 during the two-week HYROX event, we didn’t just design a pop-up—we recreated the feeling of finally arriving in New York. Just as the subway carries millions of New Yorkers to a shared destination every day, the PUMA Express became the meeting point for thousands of HYROX athletes arriving from around the world. We transformed the HYROX’s athlete village into an immersive subway-inspired pop-up, reimagining the familiar sights, textures, and energy of a transit station, where every athlete became part of the city’s rhythm. If you can make it New York, you can make it anywhere. We exclusively designed the PUMA NYC mark for the brand and introduced it for the first time during HYROX largest race to date with 50K+ athletes and over 100K+ spectators at Pier 76. An average of 5,200 athletes and spectators across the 10 day activation converged onto the PUMA Express platform daily, united by movement, anticipation, and the pursuit of performance. Seasoned hybrid athletes and newcomers from across the United States, and internationally, laced up their PUMA Deivate Elite HYROX shoes to compete. Athletes were invited to explore the PUMA Express station through a series of interactive experiences designed to fuel both HYROX race-day excitement and the New York spirit.

Summer isn’t over yet but it’s never too soon to look back at some of the season’s hits. Starting with how we really did imagine, create and drop a one ton kettlebell in NYC for @puma.usa x @pumatraining x @hyroxamerica at HYROX NYC and lived to tell about it. Swipe left for a storytime!💪🏽🏋🏾‍♂️👟 From model to monumental landmark, we partnered with PUMA to build the centerpiece of HYROX’s largest event in North American history: The PUMA Bell Drop. When the 50K+ athletes hit Pier 76 in NYC this Spring, our larger-than-life kettlebell stood as tribute to the grit and relentless drive fueling the world’s fastest-growing fitness sport. To bring it to life, we tapped graffiti artist @thesnoeman —renowned for transforming Harlem & Washington Heights bodega storefronts into full-color murals—to bring that same unmistakable Uptown NYC energy to PUMA’s Pier 76 footprint. Working with Snoeman and local fabricator @sfds_bk, we designed and built the PUMA Bell Drop: CNC foam cut at 10.5ft tall, 8.5ft wide, and engineered to withstand everything from hurricane-force winds to curious hands of the tiniest HYROX spectator. A start to finish POV. The Bell Drop was designed to be more than a sculpture. On the ground it served as a fun, tactile ode to every athlete on the course. Snoeman’s use of thick lines and choice of bold colors – pulled from the colorway of the first shoe engineered for fitness racing, the PUMA Deviate Elite HYROX – turned an everyday training tool into something worth reaching out and touching. Two weeks. 50k+ athletes and spectators. About 3K images taken in front of it. One 4 day mini heatwave A surprise hurricane level storm and winds. One wedding. Not bad for one ton of foam. 💪🏼❤️💯 For two weeks, the PUMA Bell Drop stood over Pier 76 — inspiring athletes at the start line, welcoming them at the finish, and giving fans a destination to gather, all race weekend long. More than a photo moment, the Bell Drop embodied PUMA’s DNA, turning a traditional training tool into a beacon of strength, precision and performance. Watching Thandiwe light up every time she sees you is all the proof I need that you’re an amazing father. Your love, support, patience, and unwavering presence throughout our IVF journey are things I will never take for granted. Through every appointment, every waiting period, every setback, and every hopeful moment, you stood by my side and never let me lose faith in our dream of becoming parents. Because of that journey, and because of you, we were blessed with our miracle baby. Finally got my jersey, can’t believe it’s been 10 years, since my uncle and I walked into the @underarmour headquarters not knowing what would come of it, what started off as sponsorship led to me traveling to Asia with Curry, Me being me, I asked for a job over the sponsorship lol, wouldn’t get it right away but the following year, April 26,2016! landed my dream job as a full-time photographer. One of the main reasons I joined was that I saw the impact that my working with the brand, in a small capacity, had on my students. Working at UA would become my bargaining chip to get kids interested in my photography class, and it still works to this very day. So many amazing moments! If it’s traveling the world with Stephen Curry, working with some of the top-tier athletes. Being able to bring in the homies like @dwatkinsworld @chinobraxton @coachcalvinford @ygteck_noexcusez @soduh @gervontaa and more. Being able to hire local youth to model and hire my local artists homies like @gaiastreetart @4th.eye.diaries @juba_productions to work for the brand. Baltimore has always been top of mind whenever it came to my work. Being able to collaborate through product and storytelling not only to highlight my community but also to donate funds and cameras. We started “From Baltimore for Baltimore” 2021, with my dream being to have a small team that focuses on local stories and community through product, and here we are in 2026 doing just that! S/o to all my teammates and my collaborators over the years! UA was my college, learned so much through my failures and wins, and excited for the next 10 years lmao!

Last year we introduced The New Reign for a historic 2024/2025 @stjohnsredstorm @bigeast basketball season. This year? We’re doubling down with New York’s Team as the Red Storm reps Every Block, Every Borough and are doing it For Our City with @stjohnsbball and @stjohnswbb. Coming off of a sweep of the @bigeast regular season and Tournament championship in 2024-25, @stjohnsbball men’s basketball team, under Hall-of-Fame Head Coach @realpitino , has received a record haul of Preseason accolades from the BIG EAST Conference. To celebrate the historic moment, we created OOH in Time Square and MSG to honor the Johnnies being picked by coaches to repeat atop of conference and honor team captain @zubyejiofor being selected as the BIG EAST Preseason Player of the Year. Zuby leads five of his teammates who received preseason All-BIG EAST recognition from the conference, making it the first time in league history that five players have come from the same program. The AP No. 5 ranked Johnnies take on No. 7 Michigan in an exhibition match up at MSG Saturday night, 10.25 at 7PM.
