Two years ago we started LESIXTYNINE MUSIQUE with an idea of a place, not a genre - a boutique hotel where the music changes without you noticing: bright by the pool, warm and unhurried in the lounge, a little more electric after midnight. 69 releases later, La Sélection Vol. 1 is our first compilation: a document of everything that sound has become.

To every artist who’s been part of this - thank you for the music, the trust, and for being part of our LESIXTYNINE family.

15 tracks. Out now

in spring 2025, i reached out to @thomasasselman sending him keys and saxophone i had recorded in 2024. we ended up with the track "blanche", a simple jazz house track which started a very cool creative adventure between paris and the netherlands🤍

"night lights. (trumpet rework)", "ciel bleu" or less known "mediterraneo" are now all unique tracks part of our shared discography.

while @thomasasselman focused on meticulous grooves and incredible production, i worked out sophistication, instrumentation and parisian taste ✨

after months of work, we are coming back with two jazz house tracks releasing this summer:

- night lights. (flute rework), featuring flutes by @richmuscat
- millésime, coming out later this summer

can’t wait to share these with you all 🤍

shoutouts to @convidarecords & @elliotdevineking for introducing thomas to me and releasing all of our tracks so far ✨

Fresh off the radio @selectradioapp and right on time before our very first compilation we’re very excited to welcome @thomasasselman to the family 📀

From street art to studio sessions - Thomas translates ideas with whatever tools are in reach, blending real instruments with sampling and chopping. One to watch. His record ‘Eivissa 2001’ with @ralphfelix_ and @ssimo.music is out now everywhere!
