2025 has been full of magical moments on stage, studios & camera and i'm so so grateful for all the incredible opportunities 🫶

logging off now to spend some time with my family and an actual real break for the first time in months (!!) as well as hopefully recovering from all my injuries and illnesses 😭 it's been a tough few months lately but i'm sending lots of love to everyone who has made my year so special. thank you for all your support and trust - i'm eternally grateful that i get to do what i love and i can't wait to keep dancing with all of you next year!

although i have been taking a step back to prioritise my full-time training since september, my bookings for the first half of 2026 are open! so excited for the year ahead ✨

$It’s taken me six months to find the words to express my deep appreciation to everyone who made the first run of Sitting (In Silence) possible. Here’s me trying my best! 🍀 To Alan @thisisalanturk - thank you for believing in the show enough to follow me from @kilntheatre London to Brighton, for holding me together on the days I was a blubbering mess, and for your extraordinary performances every night. My panic faded simply because you were by my side, and I will always be grateful. ♥️ To my dedicated creative team Buggy, Jemima, Louis, Akash and Billie - your outstanding work went beyond anything I’d asked for and I will remember your commitment to this play always. To Isabelle @isabelletynerwork_23 who championed my words from page to stage with her ferocious heart, buckets of kindness and who continues to walk this journey with me: I can’t thank you enough. There’s not many people who I would have trusted to take my story into their hands but I’m so glad it fell into yours. 🤲 To all the friends, family and strangers who donated to and shared my Kickstarter campaign to get to my 7k goal. You made this happen. Julie @juliegraham for bringing flocks of audiences and supporting the show night after night. My love Noah @noah_pologies who stood in as the usher/ tech/ just about everything. My sisters, the hungover boyfriends, Davy and everyone who took trains, planes and buses to come to the seaside for an afternoon. To my mum, who contacted everyone in her phone book and did everything she could to make this happen, for being my champion and for never letting go of her belief in the play and my dreams! 🫂 To Jim, Paggy and the incredible volunteers at @friendshousequakers - your warmth and care supported every performance. To the lovely staff at @brightonfringe and @thepebbletrust who awarded me a young people’s bursary and offered me a wonderful mentor @hattiesnooks , who helped make the show the best it could be. To Jonathan, Russ, Robin and all the dads at @dadlasoul, your profound work is needed now more than ever. The connections we made helped me heal in ways I struggle to express. My dad would have loved to be part of your gang. {CONTINUED}$
