When one journey ends, another starts.

We will definitely have more moments to come buddies!
❤️‍🔥🫂

Up or down, a part of each of us now lives within each other. That's what giving does.

And so, we "graduated" another 100 days.
This one we made of our own choice.

Banding together to hold space for each other as we go through all the ups and downs of our lives, career, family, goals, etc. 😍❤️

Hitting this age in life, I feel life can be made simple - we live, make choices, experience what comes, and create memories others will remember about us. That's about it.

Wishing peace to the hearts of everyone in the world. We all deserve it and it'll make the world a better place. 🫂❤️‍🔥🌏🌎🌍🌠

Transformation Training TT59 has graduated!

Over these five days, you walked through challenges, breakthroughs, tears and laughter — and time and time again, you came face to face with yourself.

Change is never about becoming who others expect you to be.
It is about finally having the courage to become who you truly are.

Perhaps this journey was never about finding a “perfect” version of yourself, but about learning to embrace yourself, trust yourself, and take responsibility for the life you choose to live.

Graduation is not the end.
It is the beginning of stepping into the next chapter of your life — with a new version of yourself.

From this day forward —Live the life you want.Own your choices. And live a life with no regrets. ❤️

Congratulations, TT59 graduates!
You have completed an extraordinary journey.

Now, go live an extraordinary life!

“If you can write, you can draw.”

In my 9 years of teaching art, I’ve come to believe one thing:

There are no students who can’t draw. Only teachers who haven’t found the right way to teach.

Most students come to me saying:
“I have no talent.”
“I’ve never been able to draw.”

But I always tell them:

You’re not incapable.
You’ve just been told that you are.

Because every letter you write is already drawing.

Lines. Shapes. Structure.
You use them every day without noticing.

Writing is simply the earliest form of drawing.

Art was never meant to have a right or wrong answer.

It is not a test.

It is expression.

Just like life.

And the moment you stop trying to be “perfect”…
you finally start to create.

No one is born unable to draw.
Some just need someone who believes they can.

• Surrender & Vulnerable •

Thank you, Wow, Wild 100, for making this Art Therapy session happen. 🎨✨

I’ve loved art since I was young, but I never had the opportunity to attend art classes. Growing up, I always told myself that artistic classes were expensive, and that maybe I would join when I had more money. Years went by, and I kept postponing it.

Until now.

This experience reminded me that sometimes the things we’ve been waiting for aren’t waiting for the “perfect time” — they’re waiting for us to take the first step.

And to this beautiful bunch of humans, thank you for always holding space for me. Thank you for allowing me to fall, knowing you’ll be there to catch me, support me, and cheer me on. 🥺💛

Most importantly, thank you for teaching me what it truly means to be vulnerable — not just with others, but with myself.

- Exploring Taman Botani Shah Alam 🌸🏵️🌲🌿
- Sharing knowledge on books we read 📚📖
- Cleaning rubbish by the beach 🗑️⛱️
- Having dinner watching the sunset 🌇🌄

We might forget the exact details of this day, but I believe our souls will deeply remember how this felt.
❤️😍

The feeling of being alive, not because of what we did, but because of how we chose to show up for ourselves, each other, and the world.

Purpose is a choice!

Wow, wild 100 legacy sharing our leadership studies homework. 👨🏻‍🎓📗📚📖

Energy doesn't lie, it's no coincidence we came together and chose books which are connected.
(Well, except maybe my book on accounting 🧐🤔🤣🤦🏻‍♂️)
