Elvin Eduardo, a rising U20 sprinter specializing in the 200m, is set to make a significant impact on the sprint scene in the coming years. Ahead of his Sunday race, he contacted Koala Sport Massage Therapy and Coaching for support. His treatment session began with mobility work and muscle effleurage on the massage bed, followed by tapotement techniques designed to activate his nervous system. We then transitioned to a dynamic warm-up and sprint drills, finishing with bend runs to refine his race execution. It was fantastic to see Elvin dominate the field in Lancashire, clinching victory in his race. A huge thank you for trusting Koala Sport Massage Therapy—we’re proud to be part of your journey! #koalasporttherapy #koala🐨
