CALLING ALL PLAYERS AND GOALKEEPERS

How many times have players like @harryascroft claimed they could do a keepers job? Well come and prove it in this shooting game whilst supporting a great cause. I'll even pay you $1000 if you can.

To raise money for The Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation I will be putting on a Keeper Wars day on the 15th of March.

I have a massive morning organised with one of Australian football content creator GOAT's Tom Harris @tomharrisfootball and Mr "Let's Talk About It" Taofiq Olomowewe @taofiqolo coming down!

There are no better names to referee the day than this all star line up of VIC NPL goalkeepers with plenty of A-league experience and championships. The MVP's of food @pazzopanini will have amazing panini's available and fresh barista coffee from a coffee van will satisfy the caffeine fix!

Get in contact with me at michaelweier21@gmail.com or 0406405972 for any questions or to sign up for this amazing day.

If you could share the post to spread the word it would be greatly appreciated. Look forward to seeing you there!

Hey Cannons and yep get excited as we have a big announcement.

Our next signing doesn’t require an introduction. A proven winner with serious silverware behind him, we’re proud to welcome Thomas Manos as our Senior Goalkeeper.

Thomas joins us from Avondale FC where he enjoyed tremendous success, winning two premierships and one championship, and establishing himself as one of the competition’s most reliable and composed goalkeepers.

Speaking on his move, Thomas said, “I’m excited to be joining the club because of the success it’s had recently and the winning culture that’s been built. There’s been a few trophies won and I really wanted to be part of that. This is a new adventure for me, we have a great squad, and I’m really enjoying the changing environment and how welcoming the boys have been.”

Welcome to the Cannons, Thomas. We’re thrilled to have you on board. 💙💪
