We had such an incredible day at Martinez Art In The Park this year! It was my first year and I’ll never miss it again! Thank you so much to @theartofmartinez , all the volunteers, artists, and vendors for showing up, kicking butt, and making this a successful event. Thank you to the city of Martinez for coming out and making all the artists feel loved. I’m so full of happiness from the support but also just the reactions to my art. It’s so uplifting. Thank you all!

What a night!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Ember Rest’s soft opening with us. We definitely had a little wild rogue magic along the way… exploding toilets 🫣, products lost in transit, and a few unexpected hiccups—but honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening.

To all of the local businesses who came out to support us, thank you. Your encouragement means more than you know.

It was great to attend Casino Night – A Night in C Minor in support of the Martinez Junior High School Music Program! 🎶🎲

The evening brought together the fun of casino games with a shared commitment to our talented student musicians. I was proud to join my fellow trustee and Martinez Mayor, Brianne Zorn, in supporting this important program.

Proceeds from the event go directly toward instruments, repairs, sheet music, field trip transportation, and classroom resources ensuring our students have the tools they need to thrive both musically and academically.

Thank you to everyone who made this special night possible and continues to champion music education in Martinez!

Twisted Times is a great, family friendly restaurant & sports bar in Walnut Creek. At a fun foodie event on Saturday, we got to try their brunch and lunch dishes, my faves being the Rosemary Lemon French Toast w/blueberry compote & whipped cream, the Kimchi Omelette topped w/jack cheese, and their Chili Cheese Fries w/the best housemade chili. It’s the perfect place to come for a casual brunch, watch a game on one of their many big screen TVs, or hang out with friends at Tuesday Trivia!

📍Twisted Times. 2065 N Broadway, Walnut Creek, CA. Open everyday 10am til 10pm(Sun-Thur)/11pm(Fri-Sat). Indoor/outdoor seating. Free parking. Reservations on OpenTable.
