it’s such a trip to be creating life long memories in real time. how do I cling on to every moment to savour it all but also how do I be fully present in it to not miss it? somehow feeling nostalgic about the present if that’s a thing. the car seat is currently soaking wet because Bo leaked through it and my heartburn is grating on my patience like sandpaper but I’m growing a whole entire life in this body of mine, I have a child who tells me his feelings and loves to dance together and swim in the ocean together and I’m working a job that doesn’t feel like a job for the first time in my life. mostly writing this caption for future me to look back on for when we’re in a tougher spell of life as that’s the way things go, but that’s whats making the now feel so special. I know I’m somewhere beautiful in the story.

ok long caption over ☕️ do we like the long captions? it makes this funny app feel more human i think

Busy busy living and mumming and working and growing my baby 🪿🌱 a few months ago thom and I started a duo performing at weddings and it’s been an actual dream to sing for people on the most special day of their lives. So that’s what we’ve been doing this week! Up and down the country staying in beautiful places along the way and spending time with family in the quiet moments in between. Who knew I could build the exact life I’ve dreamed of and on my terms 🥲 let this be your sign to take the big leap - it’ll be so worth it I’m telling youuuu !!

Everything I could ever want in a week: a trip to the coast, a growing (and kicking!!) bump, plenty of music, beautiful friends, a tea party, celebrating love, a london adventure with my boy, the sweetest farm show and lots & lots of sunshine 🐚 🍓

Mostly sweating my arse off sprinkled with mornings meandering around sleepy french villages, singing at the most stunnnnning wedding, watching my boy take in the world, eating all the food in sight and sleeping sleeping sleeping 🍧🎣🤍🥤
