Thorphan Coffee Roaster

Hier in Thailand habe ich rösten gelernt. ☕🇹🇭

Nota: Doi Pang Bong coltiva solo varietà arabica.
-
Thank you @note_thorphan for making this possible. Thank you Apple and Anon @doipangbong for welcoming me and treating me as a member of your family. I hope more and more people will come to visit you to catch all your efforts and the beauty of your farm. Really grateful🤎

YesterMe: "If you think about the enormity of time, and the countless millions and billions of years our world and galaxy existed before the first organic matter here would even begin to evolve into the people who would invent the concept of a calendar at all, I'm not really having that many coffees or chocolates or pastries or yummy fried things this week . . . "

This Morning Me: "I should probably have some broccoli for my first breakfast of the new year, and maybe some mango and a little sourdough with my morning coffee . . ."
