So excited to share that I’ll be speaking with the @thowardfoundation community on October 8! 🤍

I was a T. Howard Foundation intern in 2021, and the Foundation played such an important role in the beginning of my career. It’s really special to be able to come back five years later and share some of what I’ve learned along the way.

This session is exclusively for T. Howard Foundation alumni and interns.

🎓 Graduate Student Spotlight: BJ Miles

SOC graduate student BJ Miles (far right in the top image) spent part of his summer participating in the T. Howard Foundation @thowardfoundation program, which connects students with mentorship and professional development opportunities in the entertainment and media industries.

As part of the experience, BJ attended the 2026 Summer Debrief at TelevisaUnivision in Los Angeles, where he connected with T. Howard Foundation alumni and media industry professionals.

We’re excited to see our SOC graduate students building connections, gaining industry experience and putting their communication skills to work beyond the classroom. 💜💛

Way to represent Pirate Nation, BJ!

What a day yesterday! ✨ So grateful for the opportunity to team up with the @thowardfoundation and deliver the "Amplify Your Voice" workshop. We had an amazing, engaged group ready to soak up strategies for career advancement – from tracking wins and resume power-ups to using affirmations as confidence fuel! This was a full-circle moment for me, as T. Howard is where my career kicked off with my first internship back in 2013! Feeling incredibly #grateful to give back to this special community. #AmplifyYourVoice #CareerGrowth #Empowerment #THowardFoundation #CelestialContentCreations #inspired

Your favorite producer just earned her MFA🎓🎬
Two years. 10+ films. 3 internships.
Feirstein → finished.
Early call times, late nights, nonstop momentum. (I wouldn’t change a thing!)
Grateful for the brilliant creatives and mentors who challenged me, collaborated with me, and helped shape this journey. Now it’s time to soar to new heights!
