Some stories stay with you long after you’ve finished reading them. 💛 Our latest Maker Spotlight introduces you to Kay, founder of @threadneedlesoul. After experiencing profound loss, Kay discovered embroidery at a time when she needed it most. What began as a single stitch became a source of calm, purpose and hope – and today, she’s helping others discover the mindful power of creativity through her beginner-friendly embroidery kits and designs. In this deeply personal interview, Kay shares her journey through grief, why she believes creativity can quiet a busy mind, and her heartfelt advice to anyone who thinks they “aren’t creative enough” to begin. We’re incredibly grateful to Kay for trusting us with her story. We hope it inspires you as much as it inspired us. 💛 Read the full Maker Spotlight in our Articles - link in bio. If Kay’s story resonates with you, we’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. ✨ #MakerSpotlight #ThreadNeedleSoul #Embroidery #MindfulMaking CreativeCommunity
