1990’s Craig Morrison Spiked “TRANSMUTER” Boots

Size: Men’s Size 10/11

Price: hearing offers (600+)

Also the discoloration on the sole is just from cleaning i didn’t wait for it to fully dry.

The boots shown in the post today are the incredibly rare men’s version of the Transmuter boot. Unfortunately they only have one out of the three possible panels, but regardless they are a timeless piece of history.

Scans from @spinenotch of @threadsofdusk

Write up from “ @spinenotch / @threadsofdusk “ :

“Designed in collaboration with Craig Morrison studios and Terry de Havilland, the greatest cobbler of all time.

In the 90s, The original Transmuter boot was released by Terry de Havilland, with ankle and knee high variations, and 6 removable panels.

Terry then collaborated with my 2 favorite European brands, Craig morrison and Couch UK near the turn of the century, to release incredible latex spiked panels to attach to the boot.

Terry de Havilland designed shoes for practically every A-list celebrity of his era, including The Beatles and Elton John, Kiss and even allegedly the pope and Queen Elizabeth. l included some more information on the last slide.

It is absolutely unreal for me to own this piece of history, with 3 world renowned brands working together for this masterpiece of a shoe.

These were later exclusively sold through Pennangalan shoe store/ The Stranger UK, with the final batch releasing in 2005.”

Beetle Calcium Denim Horned Pants

Beetle Calcium was created in the 1990s by Shira Naomi. Pieces were made by hand and are extremely hard to come by as of today. Weirdly the brand diverged into making dog clothes? I have been wanting pair of horned pants (capris if taller than 5’6) forever, sadly Canada post lost my first pair back in 2025 RIP. These are so silly and I love them so much, it’s the last good remaining pair in market considering the other one has been beat and dyed 😭

Shoutout @threadsofdusk I straight took those mag scans and pic (except slide 4 I own that book)
