and just like that 2023 is a wrap ✨another special + magical year for the books. I got to travel, spend so much time with loved ones, cook lots of food, drink lots of wine, had a not so fun health scare, healed, laughed, cried, drank more wine, traveled more + tried really hard to love myself even bigger ♥️

I got to celebrate birthdays, go to one of my favorite cities, swim in the ocean, see old family friends, went to a renaissance faire, saw lots of art, drank natty wine with the makers, eat at some amazing restaurants, spend time with my littles + convinced the ducks to love me 🦆

these pictures are just tiny glimpses into the beautiful year I had + they don’t even begin to touch the surface. I love each + everyone of you who helped make 2023 so special. I can’t wait to see what 2024 holds 🫶🏼

p.s. you’re welcome for the last pic 😉

Do I talk about Blue Moon enough?

Probably not.

The first time I used blue moon my throat chakra was BUZZING and the energy was palpable. Ask @three_cccs_healing My throat felt like it had a lump in it and I knew I needed to do some deep inner work. I promise you I have just skimmed the surface working on this chakra this year.

One of my biggest passions is the need for communication in relationships. It truly does float our connections.

Friends, our most powerful gift is the power of our voice, don’t underestimate the power you harness here.

I’m teaching my kids currently, that the power of their words can hurt or heal others AND yourself. I say this everyday to my kids that being kind, respectful and generous with their words is free. It doesn’t cost them anything. Being authentic to yourself and balancing how to speak your truth while not letting your ego get in the way and hurting others in the process is a talent that absolutely can be mastered.

What do you do with the gift of throat chakra being balanced?

Not a lot of people realize our ability to communicate with others and get our voices to be heard is such a gift.

What are you going to do with that power?
You can sing praises to yourself and to help others recognize their potential and all the talent that lives within them.

You have the option of hurting someone or building them up and equally you have the option of speaking your truth when you feel like you aren’t being heard.

There is so much that goes into speaking your truth without letting your ego get in the way.

We love blue moon and how it creates a sense of calm peace and serenity to help you sit in a safe space to gain clarity with what you need to express and how to express it the correct way. Add some tuning forks and meditation into your daily practice with blue moon and you will start feeling
more balanced, confident, less anxiety, more self worth, higher self esteem and more creative.

We all need to learn to balance speaking our truth paired with grace and kindness to others.

I see you, I hear you.

Cleanse your aura, recharge and heal with medicine from Mother Earth and let’s slay the day like the queens we all are.

Have you incorporated our Blue moon oil into your rituals yet? It’s quite literally magic in a bottle, especially paired with sound baths and our Palo santo spray for cleansing, it’s a very euphoric oil that can transport you to amazing places and lift us from even the darkest of days. With it being light language activated as well by our good friend @three_cccs_healing it has a special note to it that speaks to our souls and creates an even deeper depth to its healing powers.

Today isn’t my best day, I’m not going to hide it. I don’t try to sugarcoat my life and I hope people see the real me. Today was hard when I woke up. Meditation has become a very important part of my day and even my boys are starting to notice the benefits when they start and end their days with it.

I recently got off of all of my anxiety and depression medication and I couldn’t be more proud, but I knew when I was doing it I needed an oil specially for us that struggle with mental health. Blue Moon is your girl.

Let us know if you have tried Blue Moon and all her glory, and tell us what you think!

Blue Moon is soooo special.

Plants have long been used in the expansion of human consciousness and as gateways to connecting to higher realms of being.

This alchemy is going to do just that.

B L U E🌕L O T U S-
Also known as the Sacred Blue Lily of the Nile or the Flower of Enlightenment, Blue lotus is a very potent oil used in rituals long ago by the Egyptians to achieve a sense of euphoria due to its ability to produce feelings of happiness and calmness.

B L U E🌕 T A N S Y-
is a calming and relaxing oil that helps us to combat depression and soften the feeling of being out of control, blue tansy releases the stuck emotions of anger and allows for more flow in our lives and helps us speak our truth.

N E R O L I-
Pure spirit, representing the purity in all things. It is always loving and peaceful. Neroli essential oil brings light into any day, but is especially useful whenever mistrust has overtaken reason, or during dark periods of deep depression.

As I’m releasing what no longer serves me and allowing the flow into this next chapter I’m overcome with gratitude for all that God has blessed me to have. These last 3 years have been HARD you guys. I’m surrendering to what was and has been, speaking my truth (which isn’t always easy) and letting my intuition guide me. I don’t know where I’m headed next but I know I’m going there with peace, gratitude and strength and commitment to my incredible husband and kids. I’m here to break patterns and create huge opportunities for myself and my family.

What are you releasing this Blue moon? Are you speaking your truth and listening to that intuition? My heart has been speaking a lot to me lately and I have felt the ache as I have done so much work to mend so many pieces of my old self and move into my new version.

Happy blue moon babes, if you’re on your healing journey you’re going to want to add blue moon from our apothecary dropping so so soon.
