We closed out Hispanic Heritage Month with a little Sabor Dominicano 🇩🇴

Y’all already know I believe the best way to bring people together is through FOOD, so for this month’s Dinner on @threecollectiveapts , we took a trip to the Dominican Republic without leaving the building.

I made Pollo Guisado (Dominican Stewed Chicken), Tofu Guisado, Moro de Guandules (Rice with Pigeon Peas), Ensalada Rusa con Remolacha (Dominican Beet Potato Salad), and Plátanos Maduros (Sweet Fried Plantains).

And baby… those plates were CLEAN. 💪🏽

This is what I love about creating culinary experiences for residential communities. It’s more than putting food on a table, we get to celebrate culture, introduce residents to something different, and give neighbors a reason to actually come downstairs and connect.

Just a casual Cuban night for the residents @threecollectiveapts . 🇨🇺 Real luxury is having Resident Chef @cookingwithjoya celebrate culture through food right in your own building. Honoring Hispanic Heritage Month the best way I know how, around a table this good. ✨🍽️ Unidos, Somos Más. #residentchef #CubanNight #HispanicHeritageMonth #ChefJoya #luxuryapartments

Apartment living is real sweet when you have Chef Joya as your Chef 😉 If there’s one thing @franknthecity is going to make sure we do @threecollectiveapts, It’s “ GET UP OUT THAT BED” and you already know Chef Joya is going to bring the delicious eats!!
Our Fall Brunch was another one for the books and the residents were happy and beyond satisfied! Get you a community that you can eat, laugh, spend time, and enjoy life with. This season is full of changes and embrace the lessons that come with it.

Brought “Guess the Canvas” to @threecollectiveapts 🎨
An interactive art experience I created where each person gets their own mini UV flashlight to reveal a different hidden prompt on each canvas, then paints what they see while everyone else tries to guess it.

Wow, what a beautiful place for a solo mom weekend! 🤎

There’s something so nostalgic about coming back to the area where you went to high school—but getting to experience it now in a completely different season of life.

I truly enjoyed this stay and all the amenities—from the arcade and bowling area to the coffee machine and even beer and wine on tap. ☕️🎳🍷

Such a fun little getaway to relax, recharge, and enjoy some time to myself. ✨ Thank you @threecollectiveapts

“Who says you need to leave home for date night? 🍷✨

I partnered with @karmelsnectar.inc to teach @threecollectiveapts residents how to build a gourmet charcuterie box + mix signature cocktails, all from their own apartment. Well kinda, because the socializing at these resident events is always a 10 out of 10

This is your sign to romanticize your next girls’ night or solo self-care evening at home 💕

Want the salami rose tutorial? Comment ‘ROSE’ and I’ll drop it 👇
