Throwing it back to this fun shoot with my girl @thriftbae.la - looking for some vintage y2k goodies? She’s your gal. Don’t want to do the digging yourself? She’s your gal! Check her out and get yourself some fun new pieces in time for summer, bc let’s be honest, it’s March and summer is already here! 🥵☀️🌊🌴
.
Fun fact: buying just one secondhand piece of clothing can save hundreds of gallons of water and keep textiles out of landfills. Sustainable style never looked so good. ♻️✨

This one’s for anyone working a full-time job and growing a side biz that’s starting to take off.

Meet @curatedbylizd - she works remotely in a customer-facing role, and outside her day job, she curates thrifted style bundles for people who love secondhand + vintage but don’t have the time (or patience) to dig through the racks.

What makes this episode really special?
Liz recently got sober and it changed everything.

We talk about:

• Balancing the day job + the dream job
• Mindset shifts that helped her start
• Imposter syndrome
• Why waiting to feel “ready” is overrated

If you’ve been sitting on a side project, this is your sign. Start messy. Start now.

DID YOU KNOW-

🌎 Every year, 92 million tons of clothing end up in landfills. That’s a garbage truck full every second.

Choosing secondhand isn’t just about vintage vibes — it’s a stand against overproduction, fast fashion, and waste.

👕 Thrift it. Swap it. Wear it again.
♻️ Because the most sustainable piece is the one that already exists.
.
I had a blast capturing some branding shots for Liz and her thrifting business, @curatedbylizd . Want to shop second hand but not sure where to start? Shoot her a DM! 💌

Rule # 1, have fun. Haters are gonna hate and there will always be someone or something trying to bring us down. But, if we keep our heads up and our hearts full of love, life is nothing short of a good time.
.
Want to thrift but hate the hunt? This is your sign to hit up my girl, @curatedbylizd for all of your vintage and styling needs. Tell her what you’re looking for and she does the hunting for you!!
