Pay Phone Charger
Hand built with found materials

I set out to the streets today seeking inspiration for my next project.

The pay phone, a once revolutionary modern convenience has since been removed, disconnected, and nearly vanished from sight. Through my search, I was only able to locate a few of them, all of which were disconnected or disassembled. If you want to see a true piece of one of the greatest advancements in human communication, go pay a visit to your local pay phone—before they’re history.

Stay tuned for the process video of the piece!
