Today, we celebrate #NationalAdaptiveSportDay!

Reflecting on my late best friend and incredible power of sport activist/Paralympian #EliWolff. He had a profound impact on why I do what I do to leverage sport as a force for good to strengthen community.

Today we honor the adaptive sport community-the athletes, advocates, coaches, and organizations
building a more inclusive world through sport.

Proud to carry on the legacy of Eli and stand with Inclusion Partners across the country. Celebrate. Rally. Build.

A full day without a doubt. Rounding out the day with heart full of gratitude seeing so many people pouring out their stories, collaborating, educating. So many stories of people overcoming incredible obstacles. If there is one common theme that is woven through this entire experience its community. There's a since of low ego and high collaboration, it’s a recipe for success. These folks feel different to be around. There's a since of purpose and maturity in everyone we’ve connected with. HUGE things coming in the adaptive space. The lights are being turned on for so many people living in the shadows. This is a #movement you’ll want to be a part of. #grateful to be here…

This past week has been heartbreaking and surreal for the LA community.

I am incredibly grateful for the extraordinary firefighters and first responders keeping us safe.

Los Angeles is a special place. Our company @thrillcomms was established here seven years ago, and I’ve found my home alongside @colleenabowling and our four children. I am thankful for the friendships and life experiences we've gained.

My heart aches for LA, especially for those who are experiencing the loss of loved ones, homes, pets, and significant personal belongings. As the fires continue, many uncertainties remain regarding the full impact, recovery, and the best ways to move forward.

However, one thing is certain: in LA, there is an abundance of love, resilience, and courage.

Together, we will help one another rebuild stronger than before. And LA will rise!

For those affected by the LA fires or want to support the community, check out @mutualaidla

What an amazing week at the 2024
@fastcompany Innovation Festival in NYC! 🎉

Had the honor of promoting the newest US Olympic & Paralympic Training Center with Amy Rauworth, @anna_f_johannes-, and @fark22 - the @lakeshorefoundation Sports Science & Performance Center — a game-changer for athletes with disabilities. 🏅

Loved reconnecting with marketing and innovation rockstars Melissa Feldman,
@cwu.b, and Ruth Yomtubian.

Key takeaways: ✨ Space is the body language of your organization. ✨ Beauty is a function, not just a nice-to-have. ✨ GS1-2D barcodes = better stories for consumers.

Big thanks to Jim Horan, Stephanie Mehta, Damian Slattery & Fast Company for an inspiring event! #InnovationFestival #NYC #FastCompany #Innovation #SportsScience #thrillcommunications
