Backhand Roll vs Flick🔥

Roll:

1️⃣ Stay low

2️⃣ Get the paddle tip low

3️⃣ Brush with your shoulder, low to high

Flick:

1️⃣ Paddle tip down

2️⃣ Wrist snap + elbow extension

3️⃣ Brush low to high and forward

• paddle prep below the net and hold your paddle like you’re going crosscourt

• at the last second, open your paddle face in the opposite direction, pushing the ball down the line
