Do you have mobility foundations and want the next step?

🏋️‍♀️ Load your mobility work with weight over time and you build strength in those ranges your nervous system actually trusts and will use.

Try it this week: take one mobility drill you already do and add a light dumbbell or band. Progress slowly, form first.

This is the piece most people skip. Stretch finds the range. Load keeps it.

We live in a world that wants to round us. 🚶‍♀️But let's change that!

Take 10 minutes for this back and shoulder routine!

Or come see us at @Thrive Fitness & let's run a baseline and get you a personalized program going.

Any routines you are wanting to see from me? I plan on making more YouTube follow along videos. I've always liked that style of workout, but if you have a recommendation, I'm all ears!

Also, adopt don't shop. We got our perfect @honeytheauskie at @cpas70615 in April! ✨

We teach your body to move the way it was designed to here at @thrivefitnesslc 🤸💪

Each week you will squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull & carry. Our group classes are designed to progressively overload each week to allow you to continue to build strength, improve mobility and increase your confidence both inside and outside the gym.

We work hard in the gym so we can move better & build a body that can support the life you want to live.

My favorite part of coaching isn’t the weight on the bar, it’s watching my people discover just how strong, capable, and confident they truly are.

It’s Monday tomorrow, how are you challenging your body + your mind this week? Get your mind right, get your body right!

Come take a class with me this week & see for yourself!

Monday/Wednesday: 12:15 & 4:30 (Hybrid Strength)
Tuesday: 6:30am (Core) & 4:30 (Hybrid Strength)
Thursday: 8:30am (Mobility) & 4:30 (Hybrid Strength)
Friday: 12:15 (Snack)
