Introducing BOUNCE at The Office 954. 🦄

You may have taken a trampoline class before…. our approach to rebounding is a little different 🎶

The music, the movement, the programming, the environment — it’s something you really have to experience for yourself.

BOUNCE is our signature 25-spot, high-intensity class built around jumping intervals, lower & upper body work + abs — all taught to the beat.

BOUNCE + is our hybrid class, limited to 12 spots and mixes the trampoline with heavy weights, Pilates, barre, bands, sculpt + more, both on and off the trampoline.

Rebounding works your body and your brain 🧠 — challenging your core, stabilizing muscles, balance, coordination + proprioception while keeping you thinking and reacting with every move. It also provides mechanical loading for your muscles + bones, supports circulation + lymphatic flow, and can help build muscle tone and improve the appearance of cellulite over time 🙌🏼

Never bounced or slightly intimidated? —No problem. We have trampolines with handlebars available. You control your intensity & go at your own pace!

It’s hard to explain exactly what makes our BOUNCE different—
You just have to experience it 🪩💃🏼🎶🤸🦄

The ritual doesn’t end when you leave.

We wanted every guest to take a little piece of our event home with them, so we curated a goodie bag filled with some of our favorite things for skin, wellness, rest + everyday rituals.

A huge thank you to all of the incredible brands who helped us spoil our guests.

Because taking care of yourself shouldn’t just be something you make time for, it should be part of the ritual.

This weekend was all about slowing down, reconnecting, and making space for the rituals that help us feel our best, inside and out. 🤍

Together with @archetypeaesthetics x @shoppowah, we spent the morning pouring back into ourselves with a restorative sound bath, personalized skin analysis, nourishing (and seriously delicious) bites, thoughtful wellness moments, and the best goodie bags.

But maybe our favorite part? Being surrounded by such an incredible group of women, connecting, sharing, laughing, and taking a few hours to simply put ourselves first.

A reminder we’re taking with us: wellness doesn’t always have to be a complete overhaul. Sometimes it’s the small rituals we make time for every day that make the biggest difference.

RESET ✨ @archetypeaesthetics x Powah

A morning dedicated to slowing down, tuning in, and taking care of ourselves from the inside out.

Skin analysis, sound bath + meditation, wellness conversations, nourishing bites, curated to reset, restore and nourish.

A little reminder that the way we feel and the way we glow is so often built in the small rituals we come back to every day💫
