Who says healthy eating has to be boring? No fad diets or massive restrictions over here! Just good tasty, fresh, portion controlled food 😁 @dreambody_nutrition

With taking a step back from heavy lifting till ive fully recoverd im focusing on my nutrition aswell as strength training and mobility to fix the issues before i go back to the more technical heavy lifts.

Strength training and mobility is a must but good nutrition provides the necessary fuel and building blocks for muscle growth and recovery.

I’ve been working my butt off behind the scenes.

🗒️ Just to be clear - this is not about looking thin, as diet culture is quick to show thinness & transformation posts showing weight loss. This is not about weight loss for me.

These last 3 weeks I’ve been working with a nutrition coach who is teaching me the benefits of a healthier lifestyle can have on you. Your sleep, overall wellbeing & your love for food again, a few for me! If I told you I eat 6 times a day it would probably shock some.

I feel so good, I don’t care on what I look like on the outside to be quite frank. My sleep has stabilised, my resting HR as improved, my mood & my mental health is better. This clearly hasn’t been about sports nutrition to make me run faster, It’s far from what I’ve wanted to get out of this. I don’t need a spark plug anymore to make me run faster - I’m fine with where I am. Quite content actually 🥰.

Personally I couldn’t go without mentioning the lady behind my meal plan @dreambody_nutrition . What she’s taught me is much more than weight loss. What I put into my mouth is a big factor in this but it’s how I control the desire to just eat! That feelings gone

Fitness is a big part of my life and I’m always setting for myself goals.

I’m a level 3 personal trainer, with various qualifications in fitness, health, and nutrition.

I work from a private gym studio specially built for PT, this means a gym without other annoying gym users and zero waiting for equipment.

Apart from being a personal trainer, I’m a whole-time firefighter.

This gives me a unique set of skills and an in-depth knowledge of health and well-being, this is also why I can afford to offer my services at such low prices.

I use various methods of training and believe that variety is key when trying to achieve your targets. I work to build an achievable workout plan and nutritional guidance that works around lifestyle.

Apparently, I also offer support and guidance when it is needed.

I ensure to keep training fun, challenging, unique and adaptable. I keep to a small client base that I can give a dedicated personal service too.

For 14 years, I have given my service as a firefighter and absolutely love the job.

It’s sometimes hard as we have to see some horrible things but it’s also extremely rewarding and an honor to do.

I feel it’s important to still enjoy the little things in life, whether that’s food, drinks, sunsets, walks, or holidays. It’s important to laugh and not take yourself too seriously. I also like a drink and I love the pub, this isn’t what people always see with a PT but as I said fitness and working out are only part of who I am.
