So grateful to have been given the opportunity to do both Taylor & Kyle DePriest hair for their wedding!!

I’ve been doing this couple’s hair for a few years now & I cherish the friendship I’ve built with this couple.
Thank you both for trusting me on one of the most important days of your lives & I’m so excited to see what the future holds for you both! Congratulations to the Newlyweds🤍💍

Taylor’s hair: We did a partial foil, custom toner & haircut. We also did a custom updo style on the day of her wedding.
Kyle’s hair: We liked how his hair grew out from his last appointment, so we just cleaned everything up to maintain the look.

3 under-the-radar things I’d tell you to do in Orlando @visitorlando…

🍜 Explore the @mills50district. This vibrant neighborhood is a hidden gem with a variety of Asian restaurants, cafes and shops. @zarufl is a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant for handmade udon, it’s a favorite! I also love the @marketatmills50 food hall. You can’t miss playing claw machine games at @kawaii.neko.orlando, trying the unique cocktails and Asian fusion cuisine at @throwsomeshadeorl, and trying colorful matcha drinks and handcrafted ice cream at the various shops around the neighborhood.

⚽️ Cheer on the @orlpride at a home game. The professional women’s soccer team plays at @interco_stadium and game nights are a blast. They even have theme nights, like a Fourth Wing fan night, when I was in town.

🛍️ Shop at locally owned independent boutiques. The Audubon Park neighborhood @hello.apgd is a perfect spot for this and very walkable. It’s full of incredible shopping and vintage stores. I love @thenewromanticsbooks for romance and fantasy books (and really cute gifts!), @thelovelyvtgmarket for beautiful vintage finds, @parkavecds for vinyl and @the_owls_attic for vintage clothes. Check out @eastendmeatmarket for more local shops and food stalls, including the incredibly decadent (and massive!) @gideonsbakehouse cookies.

If you’re visiting Orlando, venture beyond the tourist areas. 🤍

These are some of the restaurants I actually love, go back to, and take my friends when they’re in town.
And if you’re thinking about moving here, consider this a little taste of the Orlando locals know. 😉

📍Save this one for your next Orlando trip.
