Practicing my Reggada 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦

Reggada is a traditional dance and musical style from northeastern Morocco, especially associated with the Oriental region and communities around Berkane and Oujda. Its roots are connected to Amazigh cultural traditions of the region.

The dance has a strong, grounded quality. You’ll often see rhythmic footwork, shoulder movements, and dancers responding closely to the beat. Traditionally, men may dance with a rifle or cane, reflecting the dance’s historical connection with warrior traditions and displays of strength and celebration.

What makes Reggada so captivating is that it isn’t about huge complicated movements. A lot of its power comes from the rhythm, the shoulders, the feet, and that grounded relationship with the music.

Today you’ll hear Reggada at weddings, celebrations and parties, and contemporary Moroccan artists have also mixed its rhythms with modern popular music.

So when you see Reggada, you’re not just seeing a dance, you’re seeing a living tradition from northeastern Morocco that carries rhythm, celebration, community and regional identity.

They will now join our vibrant teaching community and help share the best of bellydance 😀

Here's what some of them said about the journey:

"My confidence has really improved, and my students have noticed that too. Thank you "

"I can't wait to bring this into my teaching it's been an amazing experience."

You can find all the details for our next course at:

Spiritual Febreze, but make it sacred. ✨

Agua Florida, or Florida Water, is a fragrant botanical cologne that has long found its way into spiritual and cleansing rituals across cultures. ✨🌿

It is used to refresh a space, prepare for ritual, or symbolically clear stagnant energy, it can be woven into modern practice with a simple spritz before meditation, movement, bodywork, or whenever your space needs an energetic reset.

A little ritual for the senses.

A little intention for the spirit. 🌸✨

✨ 3-in-1 Alchemy Reset ✨

Thai Yoga Massage • Reiki • Sound Bath

Feel lighter in one session🤍

When was the last time someone cared for you?

Not because you were sick.
Not because you earned it.
Not because you were falling apart.

Just because you’re human.

The work I provide is integrative. It goes beyond the allopathic, influenced by indigenous wisdom, ancestral medicine, and Eastern spiritual principles.

Science continues to show that intentional touch, slow breathing, meditation, and sound can help reduce stress, improve relaxation, and support overall well-being.

I love where evidence and ancient wisdom meet.

This was the reason why I created my 3-in-1 Alchemy Body Reset.

This isn’t “just” a massage.
This isn’t “just” Reiki.
This isn’t “just” a sound bath.

This is an invitation to invoke healing for your body, energy, and nervous system.

✨ Traditional Thai Yoga Massage to release tension through assisted stretching, acupressure, and mindful movement.

✨ Reiki to create space for stillness, energetic balance, and deep rest.

✨ Sound Bath to immerse your body in therapeutic vibration, helping quiet the mind and encourage your nervous system toward a state of rest.

The body remembers how to heal when we finally give it the chance.

🌿 Only 8 introductory sessions remain at this price. Once they’re gone, these offerings can be purchased individually, or as add ons at full price.

I made this deal as a way to engage and help my community, have it be more accessible.

✨ Ready to experience what happens when science, ancient wisdom, and intentional care come together? I’d love to hold that space for you.

Here are the details:
📍 Indio
✨ 3-in-1 Alchemy Body Reset

And with love🤍
