Today our grandbaby turns a big 8!!! For such a young girl she’s been through so much - from chronic asthma exacerbations due to being born a preemie to losing her dad. But she’s a perfect example of resilience!

May you continue to shine like the brightest star, laugh and love life like you always have, but don’t grow up too fast. We love you so much and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Help us wish Mai Mai a Happy Birthday! 🎉🎈🎊🎁🎂

Taught a Japanese customer service and Wolfcut course to my Japanese and American hairstylist students this week 🙋
.
I'm so grateful to be in a position to be able to teach people the joys of providing excellent Japanese customer service and the detailed ins-and-outs of how to cut a modern Japanese Wolfcut 🐺
.
Thank you to everyone who participated and to @russellmayeshair for the amazing pics!! 🤌

You’re on your own at the end of the day, and yet it is the gift of others that influences your expansion throughout it. The wisdom that we take from each other, it influences you directly. The energy they carry, the perspectives, the presences that you are around have a direct impact on your processing system. Take inventory, take note, audit accordingly. Because while you are on your own, you are also a mosaic of everyone who’s ever touched your soul. Growth is yours, but it’s built on the echoes of every connection you’ve allowed in. Choose them with intention.

Every soul I met at UPW has given me wisdom I’ll carry forever…lessons, energy, and love that will live in my becoming, even if our paths never cross again, though I hope they do 🫶
