We’ve been a little busy making a festival… 💜

Two weeks ago, we celebrated the third year of Your Mind Festival — a full day of wellness, movement, inspiration, connection — and a few Solyns, of course. 🥂

Because coffee was not enough.
@dan_dna_nad caught up with @joakimbjarke @thunderhoneyco at Superhuman, a Swedish company barely a year old that is rethinking the morning ritual from the ground up.
The premise is simple. There is a lot of noise in modern life, and Thunder Honey is built to clear it. Rather than reaching for another stimulant, the blend is formulated to calm the body first, on the belief that a calm body is what lets the brain function at its best.
What is inside is serious. Adaptogens and functional mushrooms to bring the body toward homeostasis, with a full gram each of lion's mane, cordyceps, and chaga. Then the performance layer: 300mg of NR as an NAD precursor, citicoline, and a gram of MCT oil to fuel the brain. Every ingredient is dosed on the basis of clinical studies.
