#JustSold | the fabled House of Seven Gables has exchanged hands, and we couldn’t be more excited to observe the 5th era of this historic home.
After discovering each other on this app, I immediately knew it would be a dream to watch the owners of Seven Gables slowly restore each part of the property, and that we would eventually have plenty of fun photographing and marketing it one day. Good design and irreplaceable history are a pairing I don’t think I’ll ever tire of 🤍

@bovinafermentory knows how to throw a dinner party - handwritten menus, the best four-legged welcome party, eggs-to-go as a parting gift, and a candle-lit dinner SO good I didn’t even consider pausing to capture any of it (who needs that anyways when we can instead just collectively drool over this Catskills dream house and farm conceived by the chef-farmer-designer-all-round creative duo that is @elizabethlstarks & Jacob)

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this 18th century brick-and-stone Dutch colonial in the village of Kinderhook - a home positively brimming with whimsical interior details and preserved historic features.⁠

This five-gabled home and its very special interiors are the product of decades of restoration and decoration - nearly every corner of the home is painted in delightful colors and classical patterns, perfectly fitting for the home’s vintage. ⁠

The house has 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and features multiple wood-burning fireplaces (including the original cooking hearth).⁠
