One of my favourite aesthetics, cathedralcore draws inspiration from gothic architecture, using imagery such as stained glass windows, vaulted and pointed arches, and spires in clothing, housewares, jewellery, and even footwear. As the name implies, this niche aesthetic draws heavily from gothic churches, often including crosses and other Christian iconography.

As someone who personally doesn’t wear any crosses, finding cathedralcore pieces that work for me can be a challenge. I have compiled a list of some of my favourite pieces without religious elements here.

Brands are tagged on each slide.

¿Estás dispuestx a confrontar y aceptar tus sombras?

On the shores of the lake, an echo resounds from a nearby world. I wait motionless for the light to fade and the shadow to wrap me in its arms.
