Through every challenge, I stayed consistent. Self-doubt will try you, but when the vision is clear and impact is the assignment, nothing can stop you. I prayed over every position I accepted this year refusing to take a single opportunity for granted. I led with purpose, stayed grounded, and never got comfortable with results. I am everything I say I am, and the proof has always been in the work.

This semester, I thrived academically and in leadership. From completing DRE training as a Senior RA while finalizing my accounting internship presentations at Reworld LLC, to hosting meaningful programs, serving my community, and showing up fully in every role entrusted to me I left my mark.

Crowned Miss NOBLE. Dean’s List Scholar. Charter member of Collegiate100’s Diamond Chapter at DSU. Attendee of the LSAC Law School Forum in NYC. A daily presence in the lives of students moving them in, leading them forward, and pouring into them with intention all while serving as President of NCNW.

42 events this semester. Reviving Mr. NCNW. Reconnecting alumni. Executing NCNW Week, Founders Day, Purple Ties Week, Mister and Miss NCNW Week , service initiatives, and consistent sisterhood programming. Creating spaces that mattered. This organization runs through my roots, and DSU felt every bit of it.

This is only halftime. My game just started.

DSU will remember me.

NCNW DSU x SRA Tianna Manning Blanket Drive! Give the gift of warmth this season! 💙

We’re collecting new or gently used blankets — plus gloves, hats, scarves, and coats to help those in need.

📅 The drive starts today — Monday, November 11th!
🕓 Runs Monday–Friday until December 12th

Tabling in the MLK will begin Monday, November 17th!
If you’d like to donate before then, contact a board member to arrange a drop-off.

🧺 Donation bins will be available in each residence hall throughout the drive.

Last week, the 21st Mister Delaware State University joined NCNW President Tianna at the Early Childhood Lab School to celebrate with the Baby Hornets for their annual Trunk or Treat. It was a joy to see the little Hornets in their costumes, full of excitement and smiles as they made their rounds collecting treats. Moments like these remind us what it means to serve beyond the classroom; giving back, spreading joy, and showing love for our youngest members of the Hornet family. ❤️💙

Crowned with Care 👸🏾🤴🏾

Our Mister & Miss NCNW DSU hosted the Crowned with Care event on November 3rd! Together, we packaged donations collected from our Because We Care Clothing & Toiletry Drive—held during NCNW x God Brothers Purple Ties Week—and added affirmations to each package to spread love and encouragement.

Our NCNW President and the God Brothers President then delivered these donations to House of Hope Delaware, where they’ll support individuals and families in need. 🌟

We donated a total of 86 bags to the House of Hope Delaware. We’re so thankful for everyone who donated and helped make this act of care possible. 💜🤞🏾
