A full year around the sun, traveling the world with myself as my friend.
I began in Uruguay, where I had moved for a love that lasted only a month—
but became the catalyst for a much bigger journey that needed to happen.

One could write a novel about what unfolded,
yet no words could ever fully hold the intensity of this year.

Now the travels are coming to an end as I begin placing my roots back into the earth.
Seeking structure—less liquid, more solid.

Bowing to all the wow.
But for now,
finding the wow in the now.

To continue our post-festival appreciation, we honor the deeply grounding and luminous energy of @luna.wildmoondance — Dr. Bianca Komansky. Bianca’s Soundbath was a journey of vibration and stillness, where the gentle tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments seemed to melt everything that felt heavy. Under her care, the space softened — minds quieted, bodies released, and hearts opened. It was more than sound — it was ceremony.

She also held our Women’s Cacao Circle, creating a space of warmth and sisterhood where intention, sharing, and ritual became medicine. Her ability to weave together holistic wellness, spiritual wisdom, and heartfelt presence is something truly special.

Bianca, thank you for anchoring the field, for your devotion to women’s wellness and lunar wisdom, and for reminding us that healing can be both deeply sacred and beautifully simple.

How do you fit a whole weekend into a minute and a half?
You don’t.

To continue our post-festival appreciation, we celebrate the radiant soul that is @itsmissglad — dancer, teacher, somatic coach, and pure embodiment of joy.
Charlène guided us through Somatic Journey— a movement workshop that was all heart and hips, rhythm and release. With music and deep presence, she reminded us that joy can live in the body — and that healing doesn’t always have to be heavy.
And if you caught her on the dance floor at night… you know. Her energy is magnetic. Wild, grounded, joyful — the kind that lights up a whole space and reminds everyone how good it feels to just move.

From leading somatic workshops to captivating us with her fire performance, Charlène brought her full self — and we felt every bit of it.

To continue our circle of post-festival gratitude, we honor the rhythm, the resistance, and the roots of Capoeira.

Led by @lilmissfit59 , Professor Meio Quilo, and the amazing crew from @capoeiracamarabermuda, this workshop was more than movement — it was a living expression of freedom, resilience, and connection.

Born over 400 years ago by enslaved Africans in Brazil, Capoeira blends martial arts, acrobatics, music, and dance into a powerful cultural art form. What once masked itself as dance to survive, now thrives as a celebration of strength, spirit, and story.

We’re so grateful to Chez-Ru & Capoeira Camará Bermuda for bringing their energy, depth, and love for this sacred tradition — reminding us all that movement can be both a fight and a celebration.
