Looking back on this past week, my heart is filled with so much gratitude. The Strawberry screened to a sold out audience at this year’s @slofilmfest , won Best Central Coast Film and the Audience Award, and most importantly, brought movie lovers and filmmakers together with the SLO community.

I want to give a special shout out to @goldenageskye and her team for putting together an engaging 2026 festival. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

And to the cast and crew of @thestrawberrymovie, it’s an honor to be in your company. Very much looking forward to the journey ahead.

What an incredibly cool and fulfilling weekend premiering our debut feature film THE STRAWBERRY at the @desertscapeiff - and winning two awards!! Still reeling from Saturday night. What a privilege it was to screen this film in the town that helped shape us as filmmakers and grow our hearts and souls into the artists we are today, continuously growing, learning, living, and loving. Hearing every laugh, every sniffle, and seeing every tissue come out by the end of the film warmed my heart and told me "you did it". Thank you Desertscape for believing in us and giving us the extraordinary opportunity to share our work. I look forward to the years ahead to keep growing, keep learning, keep challenging myself, and keep creating.

My favorite part of this experience was meeting all the incredible filmmakers who were also showcasing their phenomenal work, all of whom I admire greatly and feel honored to screen with and be nominated alongside. I felt so supported and welcomed by every single one I met. To be in your company was a real treat, and I look forward to what the future brings for us all.

A major thank you to every single person who made this film a reality. Every name featured in the end credits of this film contributed something to this production, and none of it goes without recognition. From the PAs who worked for one day to the department heads who worked the most hours of every day, all the way to the incredible cast and talent in front of the camera. This film would not exist without the integrity and dedication of every individual involved. Thank you to our producers Darien Jewel and Julian Mercado, thank you to our wonderful parents, and thank you to every collaborator who lifted us up during this process. I think we all found our Strawberry in our own way.

We were truly honored to be showcased alongside so many outstanding filmmakers. Congrats to all the winners and big shout out to @adalberto.mov on his artistic achievement award for his short film, “Beautifully Ugly.” Well deserved, my friend! Thank you to the cast and crew of Salty. I was stoked to see a bunch of you over the last few days. Sending much love to @rabanimal and @nastyboots. You guys freaking rock! Two years ago today, I released HARVEST IN TWELVE PARTS— an album rooted in wine, art, and exploring a sonic landscape through harvest.

To celebrate the album’s anniversary, I wanted to return to that moment in a living, breathing way.
Late Harvest was created and recorded in front of a live audience at the Cambria Art & Wine Festival — a spontaneous reimagining of how Harvest in Twelve Parts came to life.

I built it in real time using wine bottles, vineyard soil, synths, guitar, and even the resonance of wine glasses played by the audience, a shimmer that echoes through the track.

The result is ambient, reflective, and euphoric, a bookend to a beautiful journey.
