✨ Meet the Owner | 20 Years in Business ✨
Hey, Ayse here! 👋
2026 marks 20 years in business — something I’m incredibly proud of and, if I’m honest, something that feels quite surreal to say!
Twenty years has brought so much: exciting opportunities, amazing people, plenty of challenges, a fair few lessons learned the hard way, and countless moments that have pushed me to grow both personally and professionally.
Running a business isn’t always easy. There have been highs, lows, moments of doubt, stepping far outside my comfort zone and learning as I’ve gone along. But through it all, one thing has remained at the heart of everything I do — building genuine trust and lasting relationships with my clients.
I’ve always believed that business is about so much more than what you sell. It’s about kindness, connection, sharing knowledge, supporting others, celebrating their successes and continuing to learn, evolve and stay curious.

I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful clients who have supported me throughout the years, for those who have been with me from the beginning, and for all the new faces who have joined along the way. You really are a huge part of this journey. 🤍
I’m also incredibly grateful for every member of my team, past and present, who has been part of this journey. Thank you for believing in me, believing in yourselves and bringing your own skills, energy and commitment to the business. I couldn’t have reached this milestone without the people who have supported me, challenged me, encouraged me and helped make the journey what it is.
As I look ahead, I’m excited for the next chapter — more learning, more growth, more connections, new adventures and, hopefully, plenty more memories along the way.
20 years down… and I’m definitely not done yet.

Bring a taste of Italy to Dummer Fair with The Immaculate Collection, founded by husband-and-wife team Rosa and Vincenzo Pilla.

Their story began on their honeymoon in Italy, where they discovered the irresistible Maxtris chocolate-flavoured almonds. After tracing these delicious treats back to their origins in a renowned factory in Naples, they began bringing authentic Italian flavours to customers here in the UK.

Expect beautifully presented Italian chocolate almonds, rooted in tradition, quality and the simple joy of sharing something delicious.

It was one of those perfect days ❤️🇮🇹…

Being with my Louisa’s Honey family at Festival Italia, Brands Hatch @brandshatchofficial, was such a joy. A heartfelt thank you to our brilliant Louisa @louisas_honey, Simon and Peter @peter.foster.378 for bringing us all together and creating such a fantastic day with Thermomix @thermomixukandireland 🥂🏎️🇮🇹!

I had SO much fun cooking alongside my MasterChef friends James @silverfoxcooks, Forest @forestkwok and Yemi @yummy_bydesign, and it was such a pleasure to meet Emma @emma.inthemix from Thermomix in person. There was plenty of cooking and plenty of laughter 😂👩‍🍳❤️!
