Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga postures with the support of silk swings, allowing students to explore movement, balance, strength, and alignment in a deeply therapeutic way.

Willka T’ika’s expansive indoor and outdoor yoga shalas welcome teachers and groups for classes, workshops, and teacher training programs throughout the year.

Whether you are new to aerial yoga or already practice, there is always something new to learn. 🌿

Yoga by the ocean. Cacao ceremonies. Temazcal. Ocean tears. Belly laughs with magical humans I didn’t know I needed. Watch all of slide 3. It's pretty great.

Monkeys, whales, baby sea turtles… and one stubborn AF tarantula (see videos lol). 🇳🇮

Got spiritually clocked at dinner. Didn’t even ask for it. Thank you, "Aunt Kim." 💫

All of us singing “Part of Your World” at the end of our Temazcal was a mermaid dream I didn't even know I had. 🎶

Oh! And apparently I can surf now. No footage, just vibes. 🌊 P.S. Miguel is the BEST instructor!

Came for a yoga teacher retreat.
Left whole, inspired, and fully aware I’m meant for something more fabulous. 😏
I could see this week being my new normal.
So I’m building it. ✨

Endless gratitude to @costa_dulce for the incredible hospitality, nourishing food, beautiful staff, and holding such a powerful container for us.
Big love to @eltumboazul for the best boat day: freshest ceviche, serenading us, bachata dancing on a tiny panga in the middle of the ocean, and whales escorting us home. Truly unforgettable.

Deep love to our retreat hosts, @bradshawwish and @gianagambino, for creating something so intentional and transformative and hilarious. And @joelambephoto captured it all!

And to the magical queens I met... ugh! Thank you for the laughter, the tears, the screams, and the sisterhood.

The most fulfilling week of my life. 🫶🏻😌💞🧘🏼‍♀️
