A few of the CBL girls ran the Media City 5km & 10km!

PBS EVERYWHERE!

A massive part of what I do is pushing my girls outside of what they believe they’re capable of.

Of course fitness & nutrition coaching is about the physical…

But the mental element of doing the hard things is a massive factor on what your outcome COULD be!

You don’t think it’s possible?…. It won’t be.

I’m over 30 years old, my metabolism isn’t as good as it used to be?….bullshit

I’m a working mother, I don’t have time?… there’s a method for everyone regardless of your priorities.

January Joy Seeking 🌞

I’ve made a promise to myself this year to try and focus on little moments of joy, and look for those moments in my every day life…queue the monthly scrapbook 🤍

1) One of my oldest pals @gmadge has moved around the corner from me, the first time we’ve lived less than 2 hours away from each other in 10 years!! How lucky am I🍀

2) I went on my first ever solo trip to Copenhagen! It was liberating, it was a little bit scary, but it was amazing. The flight back was a 13 hour nightmare, but at least I proved to myself that I can do hard things and I can do them on my own.

3) Yoga with the girlies 🌙 my favourite way to spend a Thursday evening 🧘🏼‍♀️

4) Sunny walks around the gorj marina I’m lucky enough to have right on my doorstep 🌞

5) Went to the Hockney exhibition at @factory_international 🎨 always been one of my fave artists since I was a kid on school trips to Salts Mill (were v proud of our Dave in Bradford)

6) absolutely incredible Swiftie cycle class at @rydestudios by @rosie__mcr 🦋 90 minutes of cardio has literally never been more fun

7) Gorgeous food with my Gorgeous friends 🤍
