POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

About a year ago, I took a chance and said yes to a project that completely changed my life.

At the time, I had no idea what I was doing. I was still studying cinematography, messing around with lights at home, and creating tiny films. I truly didn’t know if I had the skill set to film a movie.

But @mubarkproductions took a chance on me, and I’m endlessly grateful. This short film "SOL" completely jumpstarted my passion for creating art that invokes healing, sparks transformation, and challenges who we are. Themes that deeply resonate with me.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dream team. We felt like an ecosystem—many brains acting as one, completely aligned in our values, philosophies, and vision. Which I believe, is how it should be! I am so grateful to have experienced a team that was extremely intentional all the way through.

I’m incredibly proud of how comfortable I became with being uncomfortable. When you bet on yourself, even when you’re terrified, is where the growth happens.

But sometimes, it also just takes one person to see your potential and bet on you, too.

Thank you to the entire cast and crew for making this happen. I can’t wait for the world to see how much love and work we poured into this. 🎬✨ Stay tuned for release updates by following @mubarkproductions
