First time trying out @saultfitness and WOW… the room was a whole VIBE. 🔥🪩 It literally felt like I was in a club, except instead of dancing with a drink in my hand, I was sweating my butt off doing fitness. 😂💃🏼

Sault was such a breath of fresh air. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. 🫶🏼 And seeing two familiar faces again made my heart so full. 🥹❤️

Tifflates + Zumba with my girl Cara was the perfect combo! Such a fun night, amazing energy, and a workout that felt more like a party. 💃🏼🔥

Definitely leaving with a happy heart and already excited to go back! ✨

In the midst of all the chaos, I’m choosing to breathe, stretch, and slow down. 🌊🤍

Listening to the waves at the fort during Tiff’s Pilates class on Saturday was exactly the reset I needed. ✨

@tiffytavs is going to be adding more of these. Keep an eye out for more classes!

We are also updating our cancellation policy to help keep classes fair and accessible for everyone:
