Trying Muay Thai for the very first time in Bangkok was one of the greatest surprises of my journey. 🥊🌅✨

To be honest, I was worried about my stamina at first. But what started as a quick trial turned into a daily passion that gave me a truly healthy, grounded lifestyle here in Thailand.

It became so much more than just a workout. Rising with the morning sun, moving my body with intention, and connecting with the warmest community of trainers and friends.

Why this experience meant everything to me:

🥊 Welcoming Energy: The staff treated a total beginner like me with patience, kindness, and smiles every single day.

🌅 Mindful Routine: Starting the day sweating under the morning light brought so much mental clarity.

✨ Inspiring Connections: Meeting incredible people who share a passion for wellness and growth.

This Muay Thai community shaped my Bangkok life into something truly special and nourishing. I’ll definitely be back for more! 🙏🇹🇭

Not every technique is high percentage.

But sometimes the unexpected weapon is the one they never see coming. 👀

Bashir Ahmad shows an advanced elbow setup — looping the arm around before driving the upward elbow through the opening.

⚠️ Advanced technique. Timing matters.

Would you add this one to your arsenal?
